Thanks to Modern Mechanical 8/25/2016

We are grateful for the help of all the folks from Mod Mech who helped us with very frustrating problems with our 4-year-old Lennox system the last few weeks. Service techs Darrin and Adam and install experts Kenny and Elvin came to our home for diagnoses and parts installation. Rheanna and Marie took all my calls to the office. They all were great; each was very professional and took the time to answer all my questions. We are especially grateful for Ben and Charlie, who made the final repairs to our system. They were exemplary. They came three times--for a total of several hours--to do the final diagnosis, install temporary coolers, and perform the final fixes and part installation. One night they came at 830pm and stayed until 1130pm, running tests and patiently answering our questions. We are very grateful to Ben and Charlie for getting our system up and running again! Thanks to the all the folks at Mod Mech who helped us! more

Install Technician 7/9/2016

Kenny C. and Elvin P. arrived on time for my ac and furnace install yesterday, July 8th, 2016. Not only were they polite and efficient, they provided exemplary customer service. It was only bout 1000 degrees on my balcony, but they worked constantly, in sync with each other, and even had time to make me laugh after what had been a very uncomfortable few days. I was so pleased with my experience with this dynamic duo! I will recommend Modern Mechanical to anyone needing immediate and professional HVAC service. Thank you so very much :) Janet Howard more

HVAC Install 6/9/2016

Elvin and Kenny just finished installing our new HVAC unit and we could not be more pleased with their professionalism, attention to detail, and workmanship. This is the second time that we have had Modern Mechanical work on the house this year. Each time they showed up within the designated window, took an extra few minutes to cover our carpet, completed their work efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. I have no reservations recommending Modern Mechanical. more

Great Service 5/6/2016

Joey arrived at our house promptly after calling to say he was on his way. Didn't have to be asked to take off shoes as he already had shoe booties. Explained the problem and was able to provide a temp-fix until he could return the next day with the part. Everything fixed in about an hour. Very polite and informative. Hire more guys like him! more

HVAC System Replacement 2/19/2016

I had my entire HVAC system replaced by Modern Mechanical. The installation team of David and Elvin was impressive. Not only were they highly professional in their approach, but they also were very accommodating in providing advice about the system and were very easy to work with. They replaced both furnace and A/C in one work day, and did an exceptionally professional job of installation (neat -- well thought out). I can recommend them highly. I was also pleased with my interaction with Modern Mechanical prior to installation. more

Professional Technicians 2/9/2016

Modern Mechanical made repairs to my HVAC unit soon after moving into a new home. Both Technicians (Andrew and Joey) were extremely knowledgable, professional, and courteous. Both technicians went above and beyond to make sure my HVAC was working properly during a snowstorm, evening responding on a weekend. I highly recommend Modern Mechanical. Leo is an excellent service contractor. He communicated with me during the entire Sump Pump replacement job. He is a true professional and we need more people like him.
