booked the renewing package of a Swedish massage and a customized facial for $185 plus tip. The facilities were clean and well appointed, so my first impression was decent. I had the Swedish massage first, and it was okay. Definitely not the best I've ever had, but it was still relaxing.\r

I moved on to the facial next. I do not know what her name was and I should have noted it to warn other people because it was the worst facial experience I have ever had. Let me start by saying the products that she used were great. My skin afterwards looked pretty good and my skin felt pretty good. However, part of the spa experience is to be relaxed and enjoy it. This aesthetician had a ticking timer going the entire time of the facial. All I could hear and focus on was tick, tick, tick, tick and when the facial was, over DING and she was done! I felt like a turkey in the oven!!! She also left a bright flourescent light on in the background the whole time. There was nothing relaxing about this experience. \r

Her technique was awful, she was SUPER fast and rough, spent no time on extractions, and did barely any ""massaging"" of the face/neck/arms. I am upset I paid any money for this facial. I would take my money elsewhere. Worst part was I left the tip in the beginning!! I wouldn't have tipped her a penny had I known.... \r
Pros: clean, can use facilities all day
Cons: worst facial, mediocre massage
