Wonderful atmosphere and a great place to check your email or read a good book. The aroma of freshly ground fabulous coffee fills the shop, and you won't be unhappy! more

Great coffee and atmosphere 1/4/2009

Located in Lincoln's historic Haymarket, the Mill serves excellent coffee. The atmosphere is peaceful with a large outdoor deck to enjoy your coffee in nice weather. They also have a decent selection of home coffee accessories. I was able to find parts for my coffee maker there that I couldn't find anywhere else. more

The Mill in the Haymarket 11/5/2005

This coffee house is one of the oldest and most popular coffee houses in Lincoln. It has a rustic, warehouse quality, and an atmosphere that lends itself to intimate conversations and small group meetings as well as hanging out with your lap top to do school work. Long-time customers of the Mill complain that the place has gotten too big, too busy, and has more of a "commercial coffee house" feel to it. That's true--it's not the "home away from home" that it used to be for many. But times change, people change, and now other people are loving the Mill just as much. PROS: Great atmosphere, great coffee. CONS: Staff have those "haughty, snotty" coffee house personalities. more
