I really like Dr. Kirsten Miley Howell (married name, used to be Miley). She is easy to talk to and nonjudgmental, but also a more interactive psychologist than I've encountered in the past. She doesn't just use the whole ""well, how do you feel about that?"" bs, letting the patient do all the work; she actually helps me to come up with ideas and gameplans during our sessions. It feels much more productive to have a session with her than with any other therapist I've visited.
Pros: Great approach to therapy
Cons: No office staff; busy so it's hard to find a convenient time to meet.
