Mile High Car Co

I researched all of the reviews and the only thing that I can think of is that they are fake and made up by the salesmen themselves. I have never been treated so bad by a car dealer or anyone who considers themselves to be a ""professional business"". They are not friendly, they make you sit for a long time waiting to be helped, they don't act like they are even paying attention to you when you're in there. The car was too expensive, broken and not even clean when I bought it. I had no idea I was going to get screwed over this bad. I would not suggest anyone to go here. I'm now afraid to go to any car dealer because of them. The put me on hold for ten minutes yesterday and I ended up hanging up because I had other things to do besides be ignored. This isn't working out. Don't go here. Avoid it at all costs more

Mile High Company far exceeded my expectations. I went in with my defenses up as my past experiences with used car dealers have always ended up with high pressure salesman that would NOT leave me alone. Not the case at Mile High. I went in just looking and left with an awesome new to me vehicle. Everything from sales to financing, Mile High is professional and friendly. Not once did I feel any pressure to buy. Today I bought a Dodge Nitro from Mile High Car Co. I am so excited and pleased. Zack, Rich, and Ray all went above and beyond not only in kindness, understanding, and patience, but also in making my purchase happen. Zach is the most friendly and honest person/salesman I had the pleasure of talking with. I just absolutely loved the Nitro and the guys all saw that and did everything to get me the vehicle I now enjoy and love. I could not have asked for a better team to work with. I will be recommending Mile High to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Great job guys and keep up the outstanding work and dedication!!! more

I recently moved to Colorado Springs, CO from CA and found that some identity theft had taken place on my credit, dropping my score dramatically...and after some ridiculous offers at other car dealerships and a loss in hope, I was refferred to Mile High Car Co. The whole team there made me feel welcomed, but special thanks to Rich and Zack for their dedication in finding me ""THE CAR"" I was looking for!! My daughter and I are sporting the 2009 Dodge Caliber, that without them would not have been possible. You guys are GREAT!! more

Richard Romero helped me as my salesperson get out my old car that was on its last leg and into a different car at the right payment. Rich and the credit staff could not have been more friendly, honest and helpful. I was beginning to think that getting a different car was not going to be an option for me...but Rich and staff got the deal done. They are personable, professional and most of all honest.
