Good: The hostess quickly sat us (tables were mostly empty). Guy took are drink order, we were ready to order but he said he would be right back. He then went making more coffee, etc. We didn’t order coffee. It was ten minutes from the time we started looking at our watches. He came back, couldn’t remember who had which drinks. Took order and we waited 30-40 minutes for 2 sandwiches, personal pizza and spaghetti. He brought me the wrong thing apologized said he couldn’t read his writting and went with that kind.. Bad: He said I could keep it, he then went and brought out the right thing. We asked about the bread he apologized and brought it out. I took a bite of the spaghetti and it wasn’t cooked. So I tried a bite of the wrong spaghetti, I didn’t like it but it was more cooked than the other. Someone else tried it and they 2 thought it wasn’t cooked. He eventually came back and asked if everything was alright I told him that the spaghetti wasn’t cooked, it was clearly hardly touched and everyone else was finishing. Improvements: He asked if I wanted him to get me another plate I said "no" since everyone else was done and we were feed up with the service. He asked if I wanted to take it with me and I said “won’t reheating it, since it’s not cooked make it hard and crunchy? He took that to mean I didn’t want to take it with me. I will mention I had several pieces of barely warm bread but the butter was frozen so it wasn’t good and my friend was annoyed that her sandwich wasn’t cut. Maybe they don’t cut tuna sandwiches there dk.. Other: So I went to pay,I told her I won't be back, it was service and food, explained what all had happened. She still had me pay for the spaghetti. I told her I now had to leave this restaurant and go somewhere else to eat. I was teary eyed but I didn’t make a huge scene. I don’t understand why they ask how everything was if they really don’t care. I clearly didn’t eat it and to make me pay for it anyways I guess since I said I wasn't coming back they didn't need to do the right thing..
