You know how most hair stylists think that they know better and never really listen to what you want? Not Jera. I'm just moved here and procrastinated long enough, I needed professional attention. Jera's a godsend. She listened to my fears, she listened to what I wanted, and she gave me the exact, perfect cut that I had imagined! Now I only let her touch my hair (I wear it long, down to my shoulder blades, layered with side sweep bangs). Plus, the cost of the cut was only $39 which in my opinion, she needs to raise by at least $10-15. I will follow her anywhere! The only downside is the salon was too freaking hot. I heard a few other people comment on the temp also. They need to stop being cheap on that. more

I have been going to Middleton Salon for about a year now, after going to stylist after stylist and having bad experience after bad experience. Since Ive been going I have had the BEST experience there, especially with Jera. She not only does THE best cut and color but as a stylist and artist she is AWESOME. When I go in to get my hair done MOST of the time I have no clue as to what I really want, I know I can trust Jera and her ideas. She gives me her opinion on what she thinks would look good and listens to me as far as what it is that I want. I have NEVER had so many compliments on my hair!!! Jera is so knowlegable in all the up to date styles and knows what will look good on you. Jera is by far the best!!! A true artist!!! more

i LOVED this place. the people were terrific and inviting as soon as you walk in. my hair stylist was very patient with me and took the time to really listen to what i was trying to accomplish with my new hair style ideas. i had never been there before and i was very impressed. i have been to other salons in the area and i am liking this place the best. everyone seemed upbeat and it was a very fun environment to be apart of. i recommend this place to all of my family and friends. more

Poor customer service from the receptionist. We were not happy with the hair coloring so the stylist said to give it a couple of days to think about it and if we were still unhappy, she would resolve the issue. The next day while attempting to schedule a return visit to fix the hair coloring issue, the front desk receptionist was very unprofessional. She placed the blame back on us since we agreed to what the stylist was going to do. For some strange reason I always thought that it's the service provider who should agree to the customer's request and not the other way around. Further, we would have to pay full cost to resolve their mistake. I guess the mission statement at this establishment should be "If you're not happy with it, pay us more money and we might fix it". more

i have been to many places all over the colorado springs area and fell in love with middleton salon. I went in as a walkin and they got me in fast. great service and i love that i can get it all done there. one stop shop! Pros: great place more

My experience at this salon was very nice. I recently went to this salon for a Day Spa package. All the services I recieved were wonderful! The salon has a great relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend this salon. Everyone in the spa area was great and very accomodating. The owner was very nice and accommodating as well. She offers several things to you to make you feel more comfortable, such as wine, coffee, water, and snacks. This was my first experience at Middleton Salon and Spa, and I WILL be going back! Pros: Relaxing atmosphere, great staff! Cons: None that I can think of more

After moving back here from NC, my old stylist was no longer there. So, I went in as a walkin. Wait was less than 10 minutes. The stylist, Cassie, asked quite a few questions before we started and gave me a great haircut. I recommend her highly. She's been cutting my hair now for a couple years and trust her judgement unconditionally. more
