Diane, the sales rep at Central Kia of Plano was wonderful! I was not looking forward to going to a car dealer and going through the traditional haggle that I experienced in the past. Diane and the folks Central Kia made the entire experience enjoyable and refreshing. She made us feel right at home as well as valued as a customer. We felt really at ease during the whole process and my wife and I would recommend Diane to anyone, and will, often!!! more

Very inviting dealersip! 7/9/2010

We recently bought a pre-owned 2005 Audi A4 from Central Kia in Plano and I have to say it was a very easy deal. I put in an online request for a price through Edmunds and received a very quick response, they even asked me what color and options I wanted. Once I did that I received the stats on a few vehicles that matched my criteria. The next weekend I went to the dealership to look at the cars that I have viewed online. There was little to no pressure and the salesman was very helpful and efficient. They didn’t try to push extras on us and to my surprise no hidden fees besides the document fee which is understood. I have to say it was one of the more pleasant car buy experiences I’ve had. Highly recommended! more

I REALLY LIKE THIS DEALERSHIP 6/18/2010

just went to Central Kia yesterday evening and bought my very first car. As a first time buyer its always a scary situation I was just waiting for the words" sorry cant help you" like the rest of the dealers have been to me. Practically jerks to me. But thank god for the people here. Everyone was really nice, I was able to get what I wanted which is the 2010 kia Soul, I can fit all of my equipment for school and my huge portfolio so i'm more than happy plus its very affordable while im in school and not have to stress about a large payment. Thank all of you for helping me out it really means the world to me. -Cormick more
