I am a licensed Independent clinical social worker and psychotherapist. I received my Master's degree from the University of Conn. I have worked at several outpatient clinics, these include Derry Counseling Services in Derry NH and Staffier Associates in Westboro MA. I am presently practicing at Wilmington Family Counseling in Wilmington MA and Director of Derry Psychotherapy services in Londonderry NH. I am also on the critical incident response team in NH and MA. I treat children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. I am a licensed clinical psychologist. Through the years I have worked in Psychiatric hospitals and Out Patient Clinics. I have consulted, supervised and taught therapists and other health care providers at various settings including day care programs and adoption agencies. In addition, I have been working in private practice for over 35 years. I have learned many ways of working, since no one way is successful with every problem. Besides the more traditional psychotherapies such as psychoanalytic, cognitive and behavioral therapies, I also use (when appropriate) other types of therapy including TAT, Hypnosis, past lives, regression therapy, art movement and journaling. I enjoy working with people of all ages; from children to seniors who are assessing their lives and questioning what to do with the future. I am also happy to work with people who have had psychotic breaks and people whose lives include physical, sexual and/or verbal abuse; and these experiences are still limiting them in the present. more
