Great dealership, outstanding customer service. I found a car on their website on Friday, worked out a trade, drove 100 miles Saturday, woke up early on Sunday and completed the transaction, drove back home on Sunday. From beginning to end was provided outstanding customer service and made the process easy and stress free. The car was perfect, the trade was easy and what I thought would be a trying experience was thoroughly professional and fun. A 5 star experience in every respect. Outstanding. more

Always Helpful 5/20/2015

I have been a customer of this dealership for 30 years -primarily because of their service department where they are always friendly, competent and they understand that I know little if anything about cars - they don't treat me as if I am an idiot (I am not - I just don't know about cars) and they always find the time to assist me, even when what I am asking about can be taken care of in a very quick inspection by them. I appreciate their service more than I can say.... more

Our Service Advisor at MB Scottsdale was extremely helpful- 9/15/2014

Our Service Advisor, Scott Roberts, was extremely helpful during our service appointment. He arranged transportation for us during our appointment, and made sure all of our needs were met. We will most definitely have our future service work preformed at MB Scottsdale. more

Best parts and service department. 4/2/2014

I have been using this MB dealer for over 6 yrs now and for all three of my MB vehicles. I have never had a bad exsperience at their former location in Phoenix or the new one in Scottsdale, and they have the best parts and service department that I have ever worked with in over 25 yrs of dealing with car dealerships. Even when I take in my "classic" 1994 model for even a simple service I am provided a loaner car for as long as necessary. They have the best service advisors par-none, and the whole staff is courtesous and professional. This is a dealership for life! more

I am very pleased and satisfied to say that I had the pleasure of dealing with Desiree Tejada at Mercedez-Benz of Scottsdale. I first called and she greated me with the utmost professionalism and quality customer service that I have experienced in a long time. She scheduled me to bring in my vehicle for a routine maintenance. Her voice and manorism was like a breath of fresh air. Upon my arrival she quickly received me and made me feel comfortable and escorted me to the waiting area while I was waiting for my vehicle to be serviced. I look forward to dealing with her in the future for all my automotive needs, and I would definitely recommend all of my family and friends to do business there particularly because of how extremely satisfied I was with her and her curtousy surpassed my expectations. The reason why I am giving this review is because of my overall satisfaction with my experience there. more
