This is an awesome restaurant. A completely original menu, always masterfully executed, with beautiful presentation as an added treat. The hours are unusually good for this town, Happy Hour makes reasonably priced fare even more affordable. My favorite restaurant in Boulder. The only complaints I can make are that it is so popular that it is extremely busy and often gets very loud (which I hate, but the food makes it worth it.) Also, the wait staff, while prompt, attentive, and skillful, are often a little fakey and grovelling in the management's obvious attempt to make the place seem as nouvea-riche as possible. A word of warning--although one can eat very well here for a moderate fee, it's often very difficult to do so because the desserts, salads, tapas, drinks, etc. are all so tempting. It's easy to submit to that temptation and double your bill.
Pros: great food, great service, decent price
Cons: crowded, noisy
