Great Hummus! 2/27/2009

This is my Fresno spot to get my hummus, falafel, and shwarma fix. After at least 15 visits, I've never had a bad meal. Yeah, the decor is dopey, but it just adds to the place's authenticity and charm. Besides, I'd rather have a great meal in a cheesy joint than a bad meal in opulence. more

Best In Fresno! 1/12/2009

This is an awesome restaurant! The Gyro is my favorite item on the menu, as well as the falafel salad. Never had a better mediterranean meal...Everyone needs to try it! The ONLY drawback is that they are only open for lunch. I really wish they were open on weekends or for dinner! Pros: Delicious food, Great service, Price Cons: Service Hours more

Best Cheese Steak I've ever had...falafel is really good too 12/22/2007

Try their Cheese steak, it's soooo good! I'm from Los Angeles, went there on my way to Yosemite today...I thought LA had the best mediterranean restaurants, but Fresno does. I had their falafel w/garlic sauce drizzled on top, and their parmesan fries, really really good. Our server was very nice. I hope they stay in bussiness b/c I plan on going there again! Pros: delicious food, family atmosphere, service Cons: not very cheap more

A Great Place For Lunch 7/13/2005

Although it's only open during lunch hours, the fantastic food and polite service are worth changing lunch plans or making time for. The menu consists of a wide array of mediterranean dishes, ranging from Greek plates, Lebanese cuisine, and Egyptian dessert. The food is consistently fresh and proves to be quite authentic. A great place for lunch!! Pros: Authenticity, Locally owned, Variety Cons: Short operating hours, Baklava is average, Busy more

Located in downtown Fresno just off the 41 @ Tulare, this little Mediterranean joint is a hidden treasure. Packed at lunch, it's best to get here before noon or you'll wait for a seat. more
