I mistakenly purchased my 1999 Jetta at McNevin VW. At the time, they were the only ones who had the model I wanted (it was a hot time for Jettas). My first mistake was probably buying a '99 Jetta. But worse than that is the service. No smiles, no greetings, just long lines with blank stares until someone realizes you've been standing there for 20 minutes. Then, they're vague about repairs and maintenance, always seem too busy to help, and really make you think VW has A LOT of problems. Normal wear and tear...right....
