I have been going to Maximum for over 20 years, and, while I have looked elsewhere for cheaper prices. I always ended up paying more, through bad service rework, higher part failure rates, etc. I have NEVER had to have work redone at Maximum. I turned a wrench to get through college - their mechanics are thorough and knowledgeable. I have never been recommended something which was not necessary or prudent. They also have taken into account the values of my vehicles with their recommendations -sometimes recommending I DON'T fix something because there was no value in doing so. How many businesses will turn away more work because it is in the best interest of the client? Customer focus is paramount. more

Honest, good quality, great value, and great workmanship. 12/10/2010

Maximum Automotive is awesome. I have used them both personally and professionally for 11 years. I take my car to Jeremy before going to the dealership, even when it is under warranty, because I value his opinion, and I value his crew. I trust having my wife go in there without thinking, because I know and trust that he will do what is right. I never question his integrity. He has found things that other people said were a problem, and let me know they were not actually issues. He has saved me money by doing that, even though he could have made money just fixing them, which is pretty impressive. His whole crew is nice and happy. They seem like they enjoy what they are doing. Jeremy is a guy that gives it to you straight. He will not take advantage of his customers and will just tell you what needs to be done. I have never had a problem, or had to go back for anything major. If something wasn't quite right, they will take care of it with no problems. Jeremy just redid the shop, and it looks awesome. It is spacious and clean; it is a beautiful shop. Chris Wilson more

Excellent work, professional, and very friendly. 11/15/2010

Maximum Automotive does excellent work. I have been using them for many, many years now and they have done everything from oil changes to alignments and brakes. We have taken our cars there for anything and everything that has gone wrong. They have worked on my husband's van and my vehicles as well. I know that they are reliable and they have great customer service. I feel comfortable having them deal with my vehicles. I would refer others to them because of the quality of their work and because they are professional and very friendly. Barb Preufer more
