Stopped Foreclosed on My House and done modification!!! 8/20/2011

My house was going to foreclosed on June 28th 2011 and I got contacted by Sammy from Maxim Realty and Loans, Inc. They helped me to post pone my foreclose date for my house then modified my loan of $742,000 to 535,000. Lender forgive 193,000 debt and set my interest rate to 2.5% for 5 years.. He save my house from foreclosed and also brought the payment to my manageable level. It is excellent example of expertise in this field. I strongly recommend him big high five. Well done! Excellent!! in short sale and modification 5/13/2011

I have done loan modification on my Primary house and short sale on my rental. He has done very good job on both transactions. I didn't pay a dime on my short sale regardless it was a rental property. He got me 2.5 year fixed interest rate and 127,000 debt forgiveness. He guided me step by step and I was aware of every action on my file. Thanks God it is done by someone who know-how for his work. more

Very Satisfactory service by Maxim Realty and loans. I have done my loan modification by their Broker Sammy Bhardwaj. With his expertise, he is able to lower my principle $2,00,000 with 2% interest rate for first five years. He know what he is doing in his profession. I am very pleased from his service. I will afford my house again with his help. He is the best. I strongly recommend him. more

Sammy fom Maxim realty and loans, Inc has bought me a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 1600 sq. feet, 5800 lot size house from Alameda county auction in $356,000.01 cent. The house worth minimum $450,000. He explained me everything prior to taking me on auction. He helped me to get the property vacant. It took some time but he managed everything so good. I am very happy from his service. I strongly recommend him. more

Expert in Shortsale !!! 10/18/2010

We were working with Sammy to do a short sale of my house since a year. He has done excellent service for this transaction. Regardless I am making six figure income, don't have to pay a single dime to the bank. Don't know how but he made it possible. I am very very happy from his service. Excellent! service and follow up from Sammy 10/11/2010

I have used Sammy to sell my short sale. He has guided me like a Guru. Regardless short sales are on the mercy of Banks. However he has excellent techniques to deal with the Banks. My short sale has been completed in 3 months and the best part. I haven't paid any money from my pocket to the Bank. Everything just happened as Sammy has told me. Excellent! service and follow up. Don't use Sammy, He will lie to you 7/6/2010

I never see any agent worse than Sammy Bhardwaj. He first promise to represent you. But he actully buys the house that you are interested. He never pick up your phone call. So you keep waiting for hearing back from him. At the same time, he submits an offer on his behalf and purchases the property that you are interested. This is a true story. Never Never Never use Sammy Bhardwaj. Pros: He lies to you Cons: He wastes your time more

I have bought a short sale home through Maxim Realty and loans. My agent is Sammy Bhardwaj. I cannot explain that he gave us the best service in loans and in real estate transaction.
