BEWARE!!!!!!\r
\r
Let me start by saying that the movers themselves were very polite.\r
\r
The story begins with the movers showing up 1.5 hours late, with ABSOLUTELY no heads up that they were behind. (management should have called me)\r
\r
When the movers arrived, they went right to work. They were hitting the ball out of the park, until the first hour passed. After that, these two boys (approx 18 years old), and their boss (a middle aged man who oversaw the move) moved about as slow as my grandmother. I had a 1600 sq. ft. apartment that took 3.5 hours to load!!! Are you kidding? After they emptied ALMOST everything out of the apartment, without looking to make sure that they got everything, they headed off to out new home.\r
\r
When they arrived at my new house, it took them only 1.5 hours to unload, and thats because we told them that they were moving too slow. I was pretty bummed about the load time, but I got over it. They unloaded everything and then they left. \r
\r
About 3 minutes after they left, I noticed that they forgot the washer and dryer from my apartment!! I figured no big deal, Ill call them and we can go and get it. When I called the manager(Jennifer) told me that she would call them, and said that they would come right back. Fifteen minutes later, I decided to call her. No answer. I finally started calling over and over until she answered (about 25 minutes after they left at this point), and she told me that they were too far away and that they could come back tomorrow, but she would charge me an extra $75 an hour. I lost it at this point. First she dodged my calls, and then she said that they could do what they were supposed to do in the first place for an additional charge?!?!?! Are you kidding me? \r
I then gave her an option, garnish the tips that I gave her three worthless workers ($15 a piece which I still think was too much) and they could pay for what they forgot. She then told me that she would discuss it with them and then call me back. Again, no return call. I then called her after about an hour and left a voicemail letting her know how upset I was with her poor execution of management, and that if $75 was more important to her than a negative review, then so be it. \r
\r
Needless to say, I moved the washer and dryer with a friend, and now this review will find its way to every website that I can find.
