Massage Envy

I had the best massage with Damion last night. I just wanted to say I was a mess and he worked where I asked him to. I am a massage therapist as well (at a hotel) and I know many therapist that frequent this location for our massages because several of the therapist has 10years + experience....can't say enough good things more

I had the BEST massage at the Blue Diamond location. My girlfriend and I get a lot of massages when we go on vacation and we love to spa. This location is really clean, and the employees are so accomodating and friendly. We actually just walked in one day and we left members! My girlfriend loved the facial she got and I really look forward to try a 2-hour massage my massgae therapist recommended to me. I would recommend this place to any of my friends. more

This was my first time ever getting a massage, and a friend of mine had talked me into it. I have to admit I was a skeptic at first, but Massage Envy really went the distance! From the minute we stepped in till the moment we left I felt completely relaxed! The front desk staff was polite and friendly and my therapist was amazing! She made sure I felt comfortable and answered all of my questions, she really took the time to listen and I think that really helped to enjoy my massage even more. I have been a Massage Envy customer for almost four years. I usually go to the the Anthem location. They are great, and have great therapists. However, it is 15min longer away. I wanted to get some gift cards for Christmas so I stopped by the Blue Diamond location that is closer to my house. There was a promotion at the time giving half hour extensions for so much bought in gift cards. I had earned two. I specifically asked at that time if I could use these at any location. I was told yes. I have never had a good massage from this location. Well when I went to use my extension at my normal location I was told the Blue Diamond location said I couldn't use it at the Anthem location. Basically, the girl who sold me the gift certificates lied to me to get me to spend my money at her location. They are trying to steal the other locations customers by forcing us to use our extensions at their location or not at all. This is very unethical. Corporation(who is no help) called the owners, and they still refused to honor their extensions. Don't waste your time or money at this location of Massage Envy.
