Kathy is awesome to work with! My experience working with her has been quite different than my experience working with other people who sell products for a living. Kathy is confident in the products she sells and is not pushy at all. She is always there when I need something and provides prompt and friendly customer service. Kathy also does a good job keeping me informed of new products or products that I may be interested in but does not make me feel pressured to buy anything. I met Kathy a few weeks ago and she is such a great person. I knew she was a Mary Kay rep but she never hassled me to join her team or to but any product. I happened to be out of the eye make up remover and she promptly provided me with a bottle. I started checking out the catelog and have decided I want to try most of the new stuff they have out this year. Kathy has provided me with samples so I don't feel pressured to purchase a bottle of perfume that didn't agree with me. Thanks Kathy!
