Great quality, service and prices. They changed owners recently and they upped the standards. The quality is perfect and the prices are great. The best part is they use what they call Green Cleaning and dont use any harmful chemicals! more

They got it right. 5/7/2012

I had a nasty little stain in the collar of one of my favorite shirts. After it was cleaned, I showed the manager that you could still ever so slightly seen the stain. No questions asked, she sent the shirt back through at no charge. It looks great, I will be returning to Martinizing. more

Worst Experience Ever 4/19/2011

I dropped off my daughter's Easter dress to have it cleaned, it had a small spot on the front so when I picked it up I wanted to check to make sure the spot was gone. When I lifted the plastic I noticed that the fabric had been pulled in several places down both the back and front of the dress. I questioned the owner and he informed me that the fabric was cheap and they did a wonderful job. He also said he would credit my dry cleaning account what the dress was worth. I told him I wouldn't be back to use the credit, but he could credit my charge so I could go buy a new dress. He told me that wouldn't be happening because people try and rip him off all the time. He again said the dress was cheap(purchased at Nordstrom's)and it fell apart. Not his problem. He hen took the dress and threw it away. So now 5 days before Easter I have no dress and a credit I never plan on using. more

The worst place I've ever been 9/18/2008

What to say about this place. My mother has been going here every week for years now, and this week we have decided to have nothing more to do with this company. My mom dropped off the curtains my grandmother made for her, to have them cleaned. She did not sign a waiver, and when the owner accepted them, she said that they may shrink some. My mother said this was fine, since the curtains bunched up on the floor about 8 inches anyway, and she was going to hem them. I kid you not, we got the curtains back, and they are 4 inches off the ground, they were dripping wet when we got them back, they smell like a wet dog, and they have faded significantly. The liner hangs out about an inch below the fabric now. We were originally told by the owners wife that we could have a store credit once we found out how much the curtains cost. When we spoke to the owner, he screamed at my mother, told her we were not getting any money back, and that he didn't care about losing our business. He made an awful comment about my grandfather dying this past week, and how he couldn't care less. My mother told him that she was going to tell all of her friends not to come to his store anymore, and he told her, ""They'll just laugh in your face- they won't believe you."" Do not go to this store. They ruin items, are dishonest, and while they may seem nice at first, they will show their true colors if you ever have a problem with their service. Pros: Cheap, and seem nice. Cons: Dishonest, lying, rude, and will ruin your clothing. more

Awesome dry cleaner 1/24/2007

All I can say is that it took me years of bad experiences before Martinizing finally opened. This is the best dry cleaner ever. Nothing ruined and nothing lost, (they clean right on site so much less chance of losing your clothes). They really do care so check it out yourself! more
