We LOVE the BlueStar range we bough here. BlueStars white glove service was fantastic. Martins sent a tech out twice to get the range set up properly and I was not charged for anything. Their tech was great as well. Only complaint I have is there guy that orders service parts took forever to get the parts. After waiting a month I called BlueStar directly and the parts were sent out in the next shipment. As soon as Martins had them the tech was out the same week and we everything has been working perfect since then. I shouldn't have to do their parts guy job but in the end we are extremely happy. more
