Todd provides excellent service with a family feel. He is down to earth and can explain financial planning so that you understand it and not feel you are being taken advantage of. Todd advised me to purchase gold and silver several years ago before the boom (I wished I listened sooner) However, Todd is not pushy, he allows you to make the move when you feel ready. It sounds as if ""Careful"" review didn't understand how great of a deal she received as Todd does not upcharge like most. He is NOT big business. And yet he still tried to please this customer by taking even a bigger cut. Kudos Todd for your great customer service. more

Todd Marley was completely professional with me and gave me the best deal I could find. Most places charge way above the spot price, but Todd doesn't. I actually couldn't find lower prices than I found with him. He is a small business ower, who truely cares about his clientle. He is a family man and runs his business as if all his clients were friends and family. I've actually used Todd for other business services besides precious metals as well. Being a newcomer to buying precious metals I asked Todd Marley to purchase a certain $ amount of silver for me. I had seen the spot price was 28.34 on a website the day I placed the order. After a week, he placed an order and tried to charge me 31.50 plus per coin fee. I refused and we agreed on 29.50 plus per coin fee. When I went to pick up the silver, with cash in hand, he was a half hour late and then rude about being rude. Really? He was only going to sell me 140 coins at his price. So I turned and walked out and went to find another dealer. For slightly less money I purchased 170 of the same coins. I'd like to thank Todd for his rudeness. I made out well with the other dealer! more
