Skink dead after 1 week 5/13/2019

I bought a red-eyed crocodile skink at the expo from Marks Ark 1 week ago and she is now dead. I paid over $200 for the whole setup. I'm an experienced reptile owner and gave her all that she needed. I called them and they seemed unsympathetic and offer no refunds. Not happy at all. more
