I have been using Marc Gottesdiener & Co. for about 20 years, and we give him all our appraisal business. Mark has a trifecta of experience: he is a real estate broker, a real estate appraiser, and he also owns and manages real estate. No problems. I have used Marc Gottesdiener & Co as appraisers for around 15 years now. I have never been disappointed by their service. They are prompt and all my clients have been very satisfied. Mr. Gottesdiener has even testified as an expert witness on cases for me. The court has always valued his words. I will use them in the future. I am very happy with them and can't say anything negative. more
