Horrible!!!! save your money!!! The only good experience I had here was how nice the gentleman was who scheduled the appointment. I needed an undo for a wedding that day and adamantly told the gentleman that I was very particular about my hair, he reassured me that the stylist (Chelsea) was very good at updo's. Boy was he wrong!!!\r

I went in and told her I had only an hour and she said that we would be done in time. We spent about 15 minutes just going over what to do, she was not very professional and was quite rude. I showed her a picture as a reference and when we decided what to do, she went completely against it. When I questioned where she was going with what she was doing, she gave me more attitude about the whole thing. I had to correct her and have her change things because it looked absolutely horrible!! I asked for a soft romantic look and she just teased the hell out of my hair, used WAY TOO MUCH hairspray, & made a huge mess out of my hair. It got to the point that my hour appointment went beyond and I was tired of correcting her, and fixing her screw up that I had to just leave. After all of that and being told it would be $65 was absolutely ridiculous!\r

I left thoroughly disgusted and felt that she should have been nicer, more educated in updo's, and definitely friendlier. As sad as it is to say, I could have spent half the cost, had a better experience and a better updo at a Hair Cuttery. I go to a top salon for all of my hair needs, and I thought any salon could do an updo so i figured i would go to a salon closer to home. But I was terribly wrong, never will I go here again or recommend this so called 'salon' to anyone. The whole experience was a mess, and Chelsea is far from a professional.
