Maggie Moo's is absolutely wonderful. I have been to the one in Green Hills and on West End, and I prefer the one on West End much more. Their employees are super friendly and their health rating is better. There are long lines at night, but this is to be expected from the store that sells the fourth most ice cream of any other individual ice cream store in the South! That should tell you just how great Maggie Moo's is!!! Pros: Everything is so fresh and the service is good Cons: sometimes they dont have my favorite flavor--fresh banana! more

Best Hot Fudge Anywhere 8/24/2006

Maggie Moo's is great ice cream. They have the best hot fudge sauce that I have ever tasted in my life! Occasionally, it takes a long time to be served because it can be very crowded, and sometimes the waiters are a little slow (once they got confused by my order of a hot fudge sundae and tried to mix in the hot fudge with the ice cream... it was a big mess. oops.) but have always been polite and friendly in my experience.
