Very disappointed to learn this vet removed my pets name tag and replaced it with a tag advertising his business. Inhumane. Thank goodness a neighbor returned our pet as she had seen him in our yard in the past. Pet developed problems immediately after his house call and he didn't bother to call as he was on "vacation". Will not use this vet again. more

Very Caring!!! 8/3/2012

Dr. Westenburg was extremely caring and helpful with our Shih Tzu. He came when he was scheduled, calling when he was on his way. His van was very clean. His years of experience proved to be most helpful and he took the time to explain what was going on and answered all of our questions. He came highly recommended from several of our friends and family and I highly recommend him too! Please disregard those negative reviews, they are bogus. Thank you Dr. Westenburg! more

Caring and Competent Services - Top Vets 5/9/2011

Drs. Westenburg and Jensen, founders of Mobile Animal Clinic, have been our vets for more than 20 years, and we have received wonderul, timely and caring services for our cats and dogs. Other doctors and staff have been great, too. Doctors return phone calls to see if that's all you need and ask you to report back to them, and other staff quickly and accurately answer many questions. Our pets love the docs, too. A real feat! more

Great vets, all of them. Great place, very caring and the followup is awesome! I love the mobile unit that comes to your home. I had my pet put down at home and it was humane, (tornique used to get vein in leg, just as human procedure) and very respective. Have a puppy now and we both appreciate having vets like them around. Do not go to this vet. 11/10/2010

I agree absolutely with the other reviews. I was unimpressed by the clinic overall, the receptionist was unhelpful. However Dr. Westenburg was rough with my pet, rude, and uncommunicative. There are lots of good vets out there, this is not one of them! more

DR. WESTENBERG MOBILE ANIMAL CLINIC OMAHA 9/16/2010

I had the very frightful experience of Mr Dr Westenberg at my home. The most inhumane and thoughtless human being that I have met sofar on this planet....unbelievable.....In my moment of grief, he went out to his murder van, and got a tournaquet to euthanize my cat......I paid him and told him to leave. I got the best, most wonderful humane care at 24th St. Animal clinic, where an sedativwe is given to the animal to make is relaz and be sleepy first. HECTOR HANNIBAL had ZERO......LESS THAN ZERO compassion, as he told me "Lady, your gonna regret this...I'll see you tomorrow" ........THE HELL HE WILL SEE ME TOMORROW......Go to Hell Dr. Westemberg. more

This Man is a Horrible Vet 3/10/2010

This man is the worst vet I've ever encountered. He is rude and unprofessional and he hurt my dog! My dog is a rescue from a puppy mill and this man grabbed him so hard to hold on to him that the dog yelped in pain. I was horrified and refused to allow him to treat my dog any further. He should have his license revoked! more
