I was searching for a mortgage company and had finally narrowed it down to two companies. One was my local bank; the other MCity. Although my banks costs were slightly lower. MCity's rate was superior and was educated by my loan officer on how rates affect cost. It made much more sense to receive a better rate and decided to move forward with MCity. The process was pretty easy and loved the fact that I was able to reach someone whenever I called. I would recommend this company to my family, friends and peers 110%. I also plan to retain their information incase my husband and I wish to purchase an investment.
