I got my daughter's Birthday cake there and my wedding cake. The people at this store are incredible. The cake is perfect. They will sit down with you (very patiently) and figure out just what you need. My daughter's cake was a carousel cake, and they did not have a real template for it, they just asked me what I wanted and drew it out for me and when I got it, it was perfect. The Birthday party was at the Galleria and everyone who passed, stopped and asked me where I got that cake.
Prices - Very reasonable, for the individualized product you get. Their cakes cost more than at a grocery store, but they are so much better, and much more original.
Customer Service - Everyone I have encountered in that shop has been so nice and helpful.
