There are no assigned parking spots (unless you pay extra), so depending on when you arrive home, you may have to park a good distance from your apartment. not to mention little wanna-be gangsters running around the parking lot at ALL hours! makes me feel SUPER SAFE! The garbage dumpster is always overflowing on the weekends.There is a mountain of garbage that is usually cleanedup on Mondays by maintenance staff.Thankfully my apartment is not the one with the patio facing this mess.Even when the garbage isn't overflowing, it is generally dirty.Numerous times (myself and other tenants I have spoken with) racoons have jumped out of the dumpster while putting garbage inside.Possible side-effects, rabies, heart attack! The steps and hallways outside my apartment is filthy. The cement is covered with stains (liquids from leaking garbage bags, etc.), gum, etc.Accessibility to live AC electricity.The furthest southwest gate has a junction box with accessibility to live electricity. I believe there is a treatment plant upwind from the apartment complex.Many times out of the year (not every day) there is this sewer smell. Dogs are allowed and therefore dogs are walked around the complex.The complex does provide bags and trash can to dispose of dog feces.Although, there are tenants that don't cleanup after their dog.This is not such a great thing when you have little kids that like to run and play outside, including rolling around in the grass.""state of the art fitness center"" THATS A JOKE... Also when i moved in the carpet was wet, they said that was ""fine"" yea no its not fine, i expected my apartment to be ready the day i moved in, AND SO FAR ive made 11maitenence calls because EVERYTHING is breaking! EVERYTHING is half assed! OHH and you wont be living alone! There are plenty of bugs, EVERYWHERE roaches and ANTS! ants infested my apartment and were attacking a box of SEALED raemen noodles (not preventable) it took them 3 days to get the pest guy out here! oh and dont ever expect them to answer or return your calls, it WONT happen. as for the staff...LIARS and the manager is an ASS HOLE and arrogant! as well as completely oblivious! sooo if you want to live in a sh*t hole with no parking and a rude staff and pay WAY too much! LIVE HERE! i cant wait til my lease is up, im actually debating on whether i should pay extra to get out of this HELL HOLE early! Thanks :)
