I ditto the message from 2007 by appalled96. They did the same thing to me. They did not inform me they were keeping my security deposit. They then called after I made an appointment on a Friday to have the wall removed informing me that they won't be refunding the deposit since I didn't call a month in advance (26 days was not good enough). Clearly after 3 years with the wall that was not on my mind. Then I took off work on that friday and no one came! They told me I was wrong and they were coming Monday, which I would never have agreed to since I am not in NYC then. He also then told me ""I don't hear anything right"" since he tried then getting me to pay them to take the wall down. \r Unacceptable, rude, unprofessional. Use another company 100%. more

Long gone are the days when service people were courteous, helpful and fair. I have never dealt with such rude, unprofessional, liars as I did at the Living Space. I was blatantly lied to and then the company kept the wall deposit. There are many other reputable wall companies that do work in the city, that charge a lot less, and will most likely treat you in a respectable way. Pros: You get a wall Cons: But with hassle, insults, and an exorbitant loss of money more
