We received horrible service from the LHM Honda in Sandy. They were so arrogant and disrespectful of our time that I would never go back.

I went to look at a vehicle they said was in their lot. After speaking to a sales manager who didn't seem interested in my call, and then speaking to someone else, I drove to see the car. It turns out it wasn't even on the lot! Not impressed at all........ more

Wish I had read the above previews. Maybe I would have my car. Took it in for a warranty repair that a day later is still not fixed. Can't get it back without paying $108 dollars that they say is a diagnostic fee. I needed some work done on my car and the $108 was quoted originally as the parts for a differential casket and new brakes. \r Even though they hadn't looked at anything, the price kept changing and they kept saying I needed this and that done. Finally cost quote was close to $1000. \r Now I can't get my car because I refuse to pay the $108 and my car is still on the rack for the original recall/warranty work. \r If I ever do get my car back, I will continue to warn people of the fraud! I guess this business needs a way to pay for their new digs!\r more

I came here for some repairs on my car so that it could pass emissions and inspections two years ago. I figured I would go with a reliable name such as Larry H. Miller and the fact that my car is a Honda, I thought they would value my needs and respect my car. When I came to pick up my car from the shop, my car was filthy. It had clearly been sitting out in the rain and they didn't even bother to rinse it off before giving it back to me. It was clean when I brought it into the shop. The man who showed me to my car spent 20 minutes leading me around the parking lot on a wild goose chase trying to figure out which car was mine. I finally pointed it out to him. I am furious because since that day two years ago, everything they claimed to have fixed has fallen apart again. The latest being the entire driver's side window housing that they ""replaced."" (""New"" parts, labor, the whole 9 yards... probably could have gotten a WORKING driver's side door from the landfill, put it on myself, and would have a better working window.) So anyway, here I am... I just spent 10 minutes on the phone trying to get in touch with someone whom I could talk to about a refund or something... what did they do? They just ended up transferring me around and ultimately dumping me out onto the main menu twice before I could ever make it to speak with someone in the parts department, that is, when my call wasn't being rudely disconnected. This company should not even be in business. The Miller family should be ashamed to have this sort of customer service under their name. I can't believe that their mechanics would take advantage of people by not actually fixing the problem and charging the customers exponential amounts of money in the process. As I look at my receipt, I see a bogus charge for ""shop clean-up fee"" no other shop in town charges YOU to clean up THEIR shop... Regardless, I know they only have a one year warranty on their work so I'm not even going to bother. I will just cut my losses and continue going to somewhere more reliable, such as Dee's Automotive or Pep Boys. I would encourage you to do the same. more

I went their eariler this week to by a new civic and the salesman was very pushi so i was out the door then he said what can i do to make a deal and he said hill knock off one grand so we did all the paper credit app to but he took it off the msrp i fond this at the last min and i yelled at them got kick out and the salesmen said but i was going to give u a free gps now i have a hit on my credit oh and the store manger was on it to stay away more

My 01 civic had an airbag recall and the SRS light was on. I went in to get my airbag replaced and they checked the SRS light for free (they originally told me 105$ for diagnostic). They told me why the SRS light was on and a week later I got a call from them saying that the replacement part had arrived and it would be free to replace as it was covered under warranty! If I can ever afford to buy a new civic, I am getting it from these guys! They are always polite and accurate with their service times. Easy to set up maintenance appointments. Pros: Right on state street. more

I guess I shouldn't be surprised. One week after having my oil changed somewhere else, I had to take my new Accord to the dealer for new brake pads. The service manager told me my oil was leaking. When I said it had just been changed, he said that the last shop forgot to install ""the oil gasket."" Instead of letting lhm charge me for doing it again, I took it back to the place that changed it originally. I was with the manager when they put the car on the lift and saw that there was NO LEAKING ANYWHERE. The LHM Honda guy flat-out lied. I feel a little stupid now having let them do ANY additional work when I took my car in for the brake pads. They are obviously only concerned about unnecessary up charges. BEWARE! more

STAY AWAY - HORRIBLE UNETHICAL SERVICE 3/6/2009

Stay as far away from this dealership as possible. Recently purchased my third car from this dealership and it was a horrible experience. I purchased a used car and when the sale was final I was told there was only one key. They also told me I should have asked if it came with two keys so they could have written the cost of the second key into the contract. They would not provide an owners manual either, I guess the $30 was just too much of an overhead cost, that is what the salesman actually told me. To make matters worse they told me the warranty was expired and there was not an additional warranty available for purchase. There was actually a warranty unfortunately it expired two weeks before I had to replace the transmission control module. So three months after purchase I am already experiencing problems with the car. Funny, when I was looking at purchasing a new vehicle they called me everyday, now they wont call me back. Horrible customer service don't waste your money!! more
