I was just in Dr. Bussells' office this thursday and had a wonderful experience. I found her office to be delightful with an extremely knowledgeable staff. Dr. Bussell herself is an extremely intelligent and caring doctor, she was honest and direct about my diagnosis, care and made sure to schedule a follow up so she could check on my progress. Her pas are as caring and knowledgeable and she reassured me even if she wasn't in the office her pas are highly trained and have a lot of experience in dermatology and medicine. I've never felt more comfortable and confident trusting anyone else to take care of my skin. Dr. Bussell You're awesome... See you in 2 WEEKS!!! Pros: Excellent Care, Caring Staff and an extremely knowledgeable dermatologist Cons: Waiting time can sometimes get a little long, but it's definitely WORTH IT! more

Extraordinary Patient Care 9/13/2006

As a patient, I have never felt so much personal attention to my comfort and skin care needs, as in Dr. Bussells office. Her staff love what they do, and most of all Dr. Bussell loves her patients. Her office has bent over backwards to make me feel like royalty and that my needs are met even when it has meant that my care has taken up more time than this very busy office can manage with a lobby bursting with devoted patients. So many of my friends have been loyal patients for years. more

Best Dermatologist in all of Beverly Hills! 9/8/2006

Not only has this physician taken great care of me - she has taken excellent care of every single family member of mine as well. I have been getting treated by her for the past 5 years and I've never looked better. She takes a very conservative approach to everything and doesn't jump to any harsh treatments. She tries to treat everything topically before she gives you all of this medication that will harm your insides. Her office works like a well oiled machine. They are always busy because they produce results for their patients and in my opinion she is well worth any wait. more

best dermatologist ever! 8/28/2006

i have actually been going to beverly hills dermatology for over 10 years now and they have completely changed my skin...i used to break out quite often and now i don't!...i use a topical antibiotic, omnicef, and their astrigent/toner, which is amazing, their alphahydroxy eye cream, hydro sal and their sunblock moisturizer...all their products are great...i call last minute and always get in right away or within the week...i wait a bit in the waiting room, but the sessions are quick and effective...their peels are great, never had a problem, they inject a pimple if i have one and it is gone by that night, they are very helpful on the phone...i have to say that i haven't ever met dr. bussel, but her staff is great...i have not one bad thing to say about this office or treatments they offer...my mother goes, all my friends and now even my boyfriend...it is rare to feel inclined to write a review for a business, but my skin is very important to me and after growing up with bad skin, i feel so lucky to have found them!...i recommend them to all!...enjoy! BEST DERMATOLOGIST EVER!! Worth the wait. 8/22/2006

Dr. Bussell and her staff work wonders. No need to spend on plastic surgery. I do not have a single skin tag or age spoke on my face, hands or neck. And they do as many as needed and you can handle in a session. I use her Hydro Sal at home everyday and get a REAL peel every couple of months. Boy do I (and my friend's ) look good. more

Horrible 7/21/2006

On my first visit here I waited for over two hours before I was seen. The doctor was rude and cruel, making me feel very uncomfortable in examination room. I have never disliked a doctor visit more. The entire experience made me feel angry and upset. Cons: Horrible Service and Rudeness more

I have been going to this dermatologist for 5 years now and the past 3 visits have been the worst I have ever experienced. There is always a wait, the staff is rude, the doctor is ruder, and no one cares about the patients. Definitely would not recommend to anyone. more

Longtime client of Dr. Buselll highly recommends her and her staff 7/7/2006

I cannot recommend Dr. Bussell and her staff too highly. I have been seeing her for 20+ years and have never had a bad experience. She has helped with everything from basal cell cancer removal to collagen, to normal treatment of sun damage, and her products, especially her alpha hydroxy product, are the best. They are open Saturdays. If you are looking for a great cosmetic dermatologist, she is the best. Pros: Cheap city parking right across the street. Made to feel comfortable by staff. more

Greatest Dermatologist Ever 5/8/2006

Dr. Bussell treated my conditions with the utmost care. She created simple, cost effective, and efficient treatment plans that worked great on my eczema, acne, and rosacea. I would recommend this doctor the anyone and everyone. Besides her great service, she is the most carrying and understanding doctor I have ever come across. Not Worth It 4/25/2006

I have been going to this office for about 4 years. I have only seen the doctor Once in all that time, and she decided to make fun of what I do for a living! I have never encountered this kind of behaviour from a physician. Furthermore she was recommending some extremely harsh & unnecessary treatments for my minor blemishes. I would not recommend this dermatologist to a friend. In all fairness, most of her P.A.'s are very sweet. Professional and Effective 5/16/2005

Since I started coming to this practice, my skin looks incredible. The nurses are professional and friendly and there is no pushing of unnecessary expensive products. The treatement has been highly effective and my skin has been blemish free for years.
