Management Guidelines are screwed to hell, to be honest. Become a resident if you are NOT a student. Must be very nerve racking for the management to allow young adults to live ...

Editorial review from Citysearch 6/28/2012

Avoid at all costs! As an older, responsible family, we too echo the other comments about the noise and the blatant efforts to rip off tenants on move-out and with unfair notice policies. Avoid like the plague. more

Trying to get screwed over? 6/27/2012

Lived here for over two years in two separate apartments. The staff is ignorant, unhelpful, and difficult to deal with. The pet park is basically dirt with a couple of green patches, and those are rarely mowed (they also forget to empty the pet trash regularly - gross). Walls are paper thin, so you'll hear every step your neighbors take, or they'll hear yours and complain regularly (I had a ten pound dog that sounded like a bowling ball to the family below me...sorry guys). The air conditioning and heat in the older buildings DOES NOT WORK so I spent most of the winter sleeping in scarves and sweatpants and most of summer as clothes-less as I could, but they're way more expensive (I paid over 800/month in a 1-BR). Neither deposit was refunded, although both places were left in pristine condition, so I'm now out about $900. Finally, the in-apartment amenities are garbage and they will trick you into paying for a replacement if something is broken on their end. Don't do it. more

Beware Students and Dog Owners. 3/4/2008

Management Guidelines are screwed to hell, to be honest. Become a resident if you are NOT a student. Must be very nerve racking for the management to allow young adults to live in peace. Damn those harcore party animals, working 30 hours a week and doing that school work, HARDLY apartment quality... Also be aware that if a tenant has a dog, it better not bark or it will be vulnurable to eviction. That isn't listed in the policy, as it would drive people away, naturally. If Little Molly the Chihuahua is quite the barker, you'll have to remove the dog from the apartment OR terminate the contract for the small fee of 2 months rent, not to mention rent for the 30 day ""moving out"" time period. Be aware, groups of friends (3-4 people) in a 2 bedroom apartment splitting rent is a big no-no, ESPECIALLY if they are full time students. Quite frankly this is the lamest excuse anyone could come up with to say ""we don't like young adults."" The disregard for common welfare of young adults in this world is completely irrational. Not ever 19 year old has a fake ID and likes to be ""fast and loose."" This complex looks nice, but usually the pretty ones are always broken inside. I really hope this review deters people (students mostly) from using this complex. Clearly whoever wrote up the contract was a liberal arts major. Not impressed in the least. Pros: Work out room, parking is half way decent. Cons: Tenants are less than friendly, power hungry complainers. more
