I've used North West Climate Controls many times. Connie is always great with scheduling technicians to come out to the house. Recently, we had them come out to install a new heat pump. North West Climate Controls have put furnaces and air conditioners in the homes of every member of my family. They use quality products, and are very professional. Every member of their team that I have dealt with knows exactly what they are doing. North West provide what I would consider top level customer service. They are very responsive. To give an example, I once had to call them in the middle of a holiday weekend when the furnace went out. I spoke with Jim, and he had someone out right away to get us going again. They are always honest in their dealings, and I can trust them to take care of any heating and air issues that may arise. I recommend North West to everyone I know.
