Le Beach Club Tanning Resorts

I had been a ""member"" of Le Beach Club (Beverly Blvd) for years, just paying a monthly fee until they said they weren't offering it anymore and that I had to buy a package deal or single tans. That's where they pulled the scam. You buy packages with a certain amount of tans, but what they don't tell you is that they expire. The manager said that you buy a membership, and memberships expire after a year. The package I bought said 20 tans, with no indication of expiration, since there was a specific number.....long story short, I moved away for 6 months, didn't use the tans and they ""expired"". The manager said that he would give me back the tans I had ALREADY PURCHASED if I would buy more. Let me see, buy more when I had already have 10 tans left? On top of it, he could not provide any signature or proof that I agreed (signed) any contract stating they expire. I called a couple times and he wouldnt get back to me. I LOST OUT ON HALF OF MY ""PACKAGE DEAL"" or about $125. THERE ARE A LOT OF OPTIONS OUT THERE, I WOULD SUGGEST GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE WHERE THEY ARE MORE PROFESSIONAL AND HONOR WHAT YOU PURCHASED. more

Such a nice place to go and tan! Everyone is always so friendly and I always go home with a great tan. They know exactly what I should do to perfect my tan, and the mystic works wonders! I also use twilight teeth, which works like a charm whitening my teeth while I tan, so easy! Pros: Mystic, Nice beds more

I feel like I'm in a health spa every time I go in. The facility is beautiful and perfectly maintained. Other tanning salons feel like brothels!! This is like a resort! I recommend it highly Pros: everything!!! Cons: at prime time parking can be a little harder more

I just moved to LA from Texas and I was pleasently suprised what an amazing tanning salon\r i found close to my house.\r The place is super clean and the staff knows everything.I have never been anywhere where \r they asked me more questions to help me.\r I tried the Mystic-cocktail with combo of the the UVB free tanning bed and the Mystic spray after\r and I loved it!\r It is not cheap if you buy a single session,but when u buy it in a package it is pretty good.\r I think I paid like $12 per session as I got a combo pack on the Mystic and the bed.\r But the best is that they open early and close very late, and I think they open every day of the year. IT IS SO NICE TO GO TO A TANNING SALON WHERE THE STAFF IS HELPFUL AND POLITE. I thought that the employees were VERY NICE, not pushy at all! The beds were great and clean, good music to listen to. I thought the price to be pretty reasonable when compared to other higher end tanning salons. I was also always able to find parking when I went back, and I visited the salon at all hours! (And it's conveniently located across the mall!) Pros: Great atmosphere, great beds, friendly staff Cons: not open 24 hours! more

$65 for the best bed thats outrageous, and talk about pressure sales!! I really suggest anyone considering tanning here look elsewhere and it won't be hard to find WAY more for your money more

so they boast best beds in the market, trained staff, affordable, blah, blah, blah. they have orbits which cost 35 a session at ""state of the art."" that bed is over 10 years old and is not upto 2004 tanning. the staff is trained to sell sell sell. every time you walsk through the doors a sales pitch is always coming with the fake smile. i still have sessions left and i will not even go back to use them. also i heard they subtract sessions, so keep a note of how many you used. If you don't want to be put through a GRUELING SALES PITCH or pay in the HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS FOR A FEW TANS, don't come here. The management is UNORGANIZED & RUDE. The employees there are taught to sell you on packages, not what you want or need. Stay away or you may end up walking out there confused as to why you just spent $2,000 on a years worth of tans. And believe me, management WILL NOT RETURN YOUR PHONE CALLS! Cons: WAY OVERPRICED, HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT, BAD PARKING more
