Michael Berger helped me to restart my life. Before I hired him, I was concerned about how my problems would work out. In my case, Michael took the time to explain what to do. Later when I came back to file my case I was sure that he was the best choice. He took my calls directly or called me back immediately. He and his assistant Georgeann Nicol were helping me all the way to the end. What I really appreciated was that he even discussed my problems after my debt was discharged and my case was closed at court. I am a pro triathlete and was training on my bike when a parked car opend their door on me. I ended up in the hospital and had to have pretty extensive surgery on my dominant hand. The Law Offices of Michael Berger took on my case and faught the insurance company. Not only did they settle all my medical bills, they also were able to get me a very decent amount of money for pain and suffering. I was out of work for over a year becasue of the accident. Without them I would have recieved nothing and mostl likely have large medical bills. Thanks so much for an AWESOME job! If you have been in an accident don't trust your insurance company to be on your side. They are NOT but Michaels office will be. Pros: The results.... Cons: there were no cons... more

An unexpected diagnosis of cancer coupled with four years bitter liitigation with an ex-wife took my resources, strength, self respect. and will to survive. I was beseiged by more than 100 creditors. I had contemplated moving to Mexico or perhaps even ending it all when I was referrred to attorney Michael Berger. Michael is a very bright no-nonsense attorney who gave me words of encouragement and a possible solution. He recommended that I file a Chapter 11 bankruptcy. I took his advice. He counselled me every step of the way through the difficult hearings and the initial plan of reorganizaion. He takes my calls and has made life for me worth living again! Her quick response and effectiveness in settling\r my personal injury case was beyond impeccable.
