Best Child Care Around 4/14/2011

I have read this review from 2008. All I can say is that is NOT what happen now. Me and Family are so graceful for all the support and love they give me son. He has been there 2 years and every day I say Thanks for taking sure Wonderful care of my baby. The teachers are #1 and they had a good leader behind them...I love it because there is a lot of family activites. Try it out for yourself and you will love it just like we do.... more

Great experience 11/2/2010

La Petite in Smyrna has been good to my children and to our family. We trust them completely and I have only seen great things happening there in the year and a half that we've been going there. They are very flexible and affordable for our budget.Thanks for all that you do La Petite! more

Outstanding child care! 11/2/2010

My son has been going to this Lapetite for almost 3 years and he loves it. When we had him tested for kindergarten he tested well above average and I know it's because of Lapetite's curriculum. They work really hard to make us feel special. more

The best in Smyrna!!!!! 11/1/2010

I can't believe anyone would ever have anything negative to say about the La Petite in Smyrna. They are above and far beyond my other childcare experiences in Smyrna. They go out of their way to listen to my concerns and will jump through hoops to make sure my children are well taken care of and learning something new. All of the teachers and management get an A+ from me! more

La Petite has been wonderful to my children. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my children other than my family. You're lucky to get a spot in this exceptional learning environment. more

Daughter Loves It 10/27/2010

My daughter has attended LPA since she was four years old. My whole family feels like the teachers are family and I trust they would take care of my child as their own. My daughter is excited to see her teachers each day and a couple have even come to our home and baby sat. I have had a couple of instances with some of the teachers. My husband and I approached the Director who was always open to our concerns and helped us deal with the situation. I would recommend LPA in Smyrna to anyone I know with kids. more

All day--No Care 9/19/2008

I read the previous review and I had a similar experience. I always felt the staff there never listened to a word I was saying on how best to take care of my child. I felt she was always just money to them and not a child. They did not really care about what was best for her as long as they were paid. I have never been to another La Petite Academy so I cannot speak on what the others are like but as far as the one on Murfreesboro Rd I would never recommend it to anyone who cares about their child. Pros: It has a nice sign Cons: staff, management, communications, overall care more

scary--don't trust them with your child! 9/19/2008

I came in one afternoon and found my child with a blanket swaddled around her face! When I mentioned this to the caregiver, she told me that my child was sleeping so it was okay! That is how babies die and anybody who takes care of infants or children should know that! Not safe for kids, terrible director. 1/10/2008

Dangerous place to leave your kids. We removed our toddler from the day care after we heard that many kids were getting injured mysteriously, when questioned about it to the director, all she had to say was that the teachers were trying to get back on her by injuring the kids, and till she finds an evidence of who is doing this, she can't do anything, and district director who does not even visit the center denies anything like this happened there. Pros: Location, cost Cons: Everything about it more
