My experience, which was with Universal Nissan was a very positive one. I would especially like to compliment the Sales Staff. Prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and always did what was promised, even after the sale. I have had too many experiences with businesses where people say they will call you, or look into something, and then you do not hear from them. This is not the case with Universal Nissan. I’ve been thinking about getting a new car for myself for a while. I visited a Hyundai store closest to my house, but did not really like the people, the salesman were always staring at me, pressuring me without even saying a word five hundred feet away, so I decided to look for cars the modern way, via internet and I am glad I did. I found the best price for a Sonata Universal Hyundai although it is pretty far from home it was worth the trip! My wife and I were greeted by a very clean gentleman who only seemed interested in what I wanted. My wife enjoyed the test drive and I got the car I wanted for the price I wanted. This place gets a five star for the good experience and pleasant vibes from the people. I will be coming back in a few months when my wife’s lease expires. more

I would have never guessed I would give a five star rating to a dealership, but the staff that helped me was so accommadating and polite. I got to test drive some cars and the salesman seemed like a really nice man and I’m pretty sure I got a great deal on the Altima especially for it’s milage! yes every one involved was very heplful, we have challenged credit so it took a few day's too get the loan and finaicing together. we got a great deal and our credit will improve becuase fo it. we got a brand new car with 13 miles on and it's real nice and reliable, so now i can get to work and back and i can sleep at night.........thanks. more
