Dr. Richardson has done dental work for my whole family. Today he did a crown and I never even felt the novocaine. He and his assitant Wendy told me each step as they were doing it. They were fast and professional in all they did. My mom has worked for the best Dentists in our growing up years, so David Richardless has had some big shoes to follow. I can't say enough about their staff and their work. more

The only dentist we will use!!! 10/31/2011

Just had my 6 month check up and it was a breeze!!! I am a dento-phobe (okay,I made up that word - but I have always been afraid of the dentist), but Dr. Richardson and his staff totally have me at ease and I actually enjoy going in for a cleaning. I feel great coming out. They are all so understanding and smiling and treat me like I'm the only patient they have at that time. It is awesome. My family and I have been going there for around 7 years now and we can't imagine going anywhere else. Keep up the good work!!! more

Best Dentist I have ever had 10/8/2011

I highly recommend Dr. Richardson and his staff I always feel great when I arrive they are so nice to talk to and the waiting room is warm and friendly. Dr. Richards is very friendly, gentel and is always there to answer any questions or conserns I have. Having had alot of old fillings he has brought my teeth back to a healthy state. And his staff for cleaning are always fun to talk to and make me feeling very comfortable.Great job thank you Dr. Richardson and staff. more

I highly recommend Dr. David Richardson and his excellent staff for all of your dental needs. My entire family - myself, husband, son, daughter and her husband switched to Dr. Richardson and we have all received amazing care. Also, my adult son has special needs and Dr. Richardson and his staff have been great with providing for his unique needs. Knowledgable, caring, gentle - the best! more

Personable and highly skilled 8/30/2011

Today Dr. Richardson and his staff repaired my fractured tooth and gave me a couple fillings. Super efficient and friendly, no waiting and pain-free. His expertise with the Cerec machine is impressive. It's a high-tech CAD/CAM system that images your tooth (or the hole in your tooth) and creates a perfectly imaged onlay on the spot. No waiting for a lab. In under an hour I was as good as new and I avoided having to have a full crown. They were even able to fit me in for a cleaning back to back with the procedure which saved me a separate trip from Seattle. Well done -- I will be back! more

Great Family Dentist 7/26/2011

David and his staff are professional, friendly, and always accommodating. Our whole family of five sees Dr. Richardson and his staff, and we are always warmly welcomed and treated kindly and professionally. We've had some experiences at other dentists that left us feeling insecure and lacking confidence in their ability to handle all our dental issues, but with Dr. Richardson we have full confidence in his ability to deal with any dental issue with expertise and graciousness. It is a relief to have found Kirkland Dentistry, and we highly recommend him to anyone seeking a wise, professional, and people-oriented dentist. more

Best Dentist 7/14/2011

My family has been helped by Dr Richardson & his staff for over 25 years. We have experienced only gentle, thorough, honest treatment. Dr Richardson has been quickly available in all our emergencies from infected gums to broken crowns to bridges. He is also up-to-date on the new technologies. No one has to be scared to go to this dentist. It's definitely a happy family atmosphere from the moment you walk in to when you walk out. more

Looking for a good dentist??? 6/30/2011

I have been visiting Dr. Richardson and his staff in Kirkland for more than 15 years. Recently, I introduced my wife to their office. She was TERRIFIED of the dentist, having been tortured as a child. The staff did everything in their power to make her visit pleasant and relaxing (trust me, it wasn't easy). My wife was pleasantly surprised by the experience and is now a loyal client. We would never dream about seeing another dentist! more

Always a great experience 5/12/2011

Our family goes to Dr. Richardson every 6 months and we are all so glad we do! He makes us all feel comfortable and his staff goes the extra mile to help make our visits a success. I had a teeth cleaning today and I was so impressed with how much time Joyce took to make sure I was as comfortable as possible since she knows I have some teeth sensitivity issues. Our family appreciates Dr. Richardson and his staff and would recommend them to anyone in search of a great dentist! more

For those people who don't like to go to the dentist, you'll like going to Dr. Richardson. I should know, I was one of those people. The staff is great, everyone is friendly and welcoming. Dr. Richardson can make the most trying of dental procedures into a calm, relaxing experience. more

It is worth the drive... 3/9/2011

I think I have been seeing Dr. Richardson for around 10 years, I guess you lose track when you find a dentist that makes you comfortable. The last four years I have lived in either Whatcom or Skagit county, I still make the drive for regualr cleanings. Dr. Richardson has assembled a staff that works well together, all the ladies in the office are professional and help make you feel welcome.\r more
