"These guys were very helpful in informing me of all the prices for a release from the truck in the lot for parking in a fire lane and when I was unable to come up with the money on the spot, they allowed me to make an appointment at 2 am to come pick it up so I could get to work the next morning. They were very polite and a week later I was able to call them for a friend's car and got the same helpful service. I appreciate all their helpfulness especially considering how the other tow companies have treated me." more

The best service ever!!!! I was using another company to help me with the removal of unauthorized parked vehicles, however the other company I used before would arrive too late to remove the cars. Unlike LA One Towing, they arrive within minutes from my call. I highly recommend this company for anyone that has problems with unauthorized or illegally parked cars. LA One towing helps me with the problems we have with the cars and tenants. more

OMG! I was stranded in the middle of the night under the rain and my car didn't want to start. I contacted 411 and they connected me with other road side companies that were either closed or did not answer, then I reached LA One towing. They assisted me by sending me a driver that was so nice and patient (i was nervous so I must of driven him crazy). He towed my car for more than 15 miles and the cost was unexpected, I honestly thought I was going to pay much more, under the circumstances. I strongly recommend this company. The lady dispatcher was so kind in my time in need. Thank you. more
