Kelly Greens Apartments

I lived in Kelly Greens for about 5 yrs and it was very comfortable and a great location. The apartment was a really good size for myself and my son. The staff was usually very helpful. I didn't have to call maintenance much, but when I did they were right there to take care of my problem. It couldn't be better having a grocery store just across the street.\r I always felt like it was a good environment to have my son. Now that I have purchased a house I realize what a benefit it is to have the staff take care of everything for you, especially mowing the yard. more

I have lived in apartment homes for over 30 years. I moved here for convenience. All I can say is one month down and 11 to go then I am out of here!!! Not insulated for sound at all. You can hear everything going on in the parking lot. Windows allow sound and cold air to come in. The flooring feels like it is going to cave in when you walk on it. Stairway is next to master bedroom wall and you can hear people go up and down the steps, which are made of wood and are very loud when other tenets run up and down the steps. The people above us sound like they are coming through the ceiling, you can hear every time they flush and their T.V. also can be heard. The managers show you the sample apt. facing the pool which looks nice and is quiet due to it not facing parking lot and it is on the third floor so you don't hear any one above it. Kitchen space is small but as management points out, they have phone jacks in the bathroom, like you really need one there, since most of us now have cordle more

The Kelly Green apartments are very nice apartments for those looking for a little more out of the "apartment dwelling" experience. They offer more security than other properties and the property is very well kept. The apartments are roomy and comfortable and maintained well. They are also not too expensive for what they offer.
