Iwould like to know in advance if my insurance picks up some of the procedures and if they don't If and when I could talk to my insurance company.

I hate going to the dentist as much as getting a pap test but people at Pelham Links absolutely make my day. They are friendly, encouraging and a pleasure to deal with. Dee is so gentle and caring, yet does an excellent job of cleaning and, with my gum problems, that is critical to me. more

I always appreciate the promptness for getting me in a chair. I also appreciate the extra care the hygenist take with my sensitive teeth. The only thing I wish you would change is the billing invoices. They just say what's owed, but not a detail of the service or what amount is owed for each individual visit. It's very hard to say, "I owe that" because what I end up saying is "I owe for what?" more

Fillings for a nervous patient! 7/12/2011

Donna (I think that was her name...I'm terrible with names!) was AWESOME!!! She talked to me the whole time about everything BUT getting my fillings! :) She helped me to relax...THANK YOU SO MUCH! Dr. Keels was AWESOME as always and made sure I was ok every few minutes. I LOVE EVERYONE AT THIS OFFICE!!! YOU GUYS ARE GREAT AND GO ABOVE AND BEYOND EXPECTATIONS! more

Excellent Staff BUT 6/21/2011

Been going to Hwy 290 for quite a while and always pleased. Not so Happy with Dr. Howell?? Not very personable and felt like he was trying to sell me something.(TMJ) He was a fill in for Dr. Keil. Would rather have known and been able to reschedule my appointment. Always better to stick with regular dentist. more

My Dental Assistant Dee is a trained professional who takes the time to know me and my health to allow me to gain the maximum benefit from my visits to the Pelham Links Family Dentistry office. She actively engages in a healthy exchange to hear my concerns and answer my questions, but she also to reveal my health habits. She gladly educates me in my personal dental care and motivates me to work toward a greater understanding for my future oral health. I am so very thankful for her explanations and her eager willingness to join my personal healthcare team. more

Always a pleasure...Until I get my treatment plan! Just joking! All in all, I never have had a bad visit. Dr. Keels has had to do some major work on my teeth and it always goes well. The entire staff is friendly, nice and gentle. more
