I had the BBQ ribs at Kaddy Shack with baked beans and potato salad. The baked beans were the only acceptable part of the meal. The meat was dry, overcooked. I bet it was cooked over an hour ago. This could not have been fresh. It must have been a leftover, because it had the consistency of beef jerky. There are much better BBQ places around. I love BBQ, but this place gets both thumbs down. It is aggravating because 25 bucks for a one person dinner (one beer) is not inexpensive. Skip this one.
