Changing the locks on the condo was made easy with these guys. They were fast to arrive and straight up with the costs when they saw the lock. At first I thought they they were just trying to bait me when they said that the tech needed to see the locks before he can tell me the price, but after talking with the tech a bit when he arrived, I now see the reason and am okay with that! The price wasn’t ridiculous either. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone and I will definitely use them if needed in the future. more

Some things just tend to work itself out, but not a broken lock! 4/5/2011

Specialty locks require good technicians to repair. Too bad I didn’t know that until after I cycled through 2 other companies. All they kept saying was they could not open this lock. But whatever. I finally called these guys and they came out and had it opened in about 35 minutes. It did take a pretty long time to do though. more

Expensive toys make for expensive replacement parts.. Especially when it is an ignition fob for a Corvette! Luckily these guys were able to bring me a new one with the info programmed in. It was pretty painless, just an expensive replacement. more

Unexpectedly good! 2/8/2011

I live nearby and got locked out late last night - they came very quickly ( he was here in about 20 minutes ) and opened my front door for me in about an additional 5 minutes. He was super nice and did not try to over charge me anything for it being the weekend or late night. Lovely service gets 5 stars from me. Thanks. more

We recently had to downsize and needed to change our locks. I wasn't looking forward to the whole process, I thought that it was going to be noisy and take forever, but when this guy came by, he was done in a matter of a few minutes. more
