Allan/Tommy/ & William from Just Right Heating and Cooling did an excellent job on the installation and service of my new furnace. They were on time, showed consideration for my home, and cleaned up after themselves. They were nice and professional and I felt comfortable leaving them to work in my home. Tony came into our home and was nice and respectful. He took many measurements and was able to show me what system would work best in my home. He was able to show me what was good, better, best and taught me enough about the system that I could make the best decision for my family and my wallet. He was very professional. Once the installers came they were just like Tony and were great to work with. They took everything out and installed the entire new system in just two days. Additionally, the office staff was great and helped me through the rebate process. I was really pleased with everyone's performance and would recommend them to anyone. Thanks Just Right! more

Six hours late. They say they will be there at 2:00 pm and then show up at 8:30 pm means that I took a half day off of work for nothing and even worse is that the technician wouldn't do any real trouble shooting other than popping open the hood and telling me what his hunch was. If I wanted him to establish with any certainty or for him to do any further troubleshooting I was given the option of waiting for him to come back another day. This led into him trying to sell me a new furnace. He seemed like he knew what he was doing and he certainly was nice and friendly so I don't really want to give this lowest rating possible but then again he didn't do any real troubleshooting and just went straight into telling me I should have them install a new furnace. The price for which he quoted was 1700 for something that only costs 900 from Home Depot. 800 sounds pretty steep for labor on that. 89 bucks and a half day away from work flushed down the toilet. more

Our heating bill used to be a fortune every winter. It's really no surprise since the furnace we had was the original put into the house. Tom was so good to us, he showed us all our different options and explained it to us in "kid" terms so we could understand. We ended up going to the 90% efficiency furnace even though it was more expensive and will never go back. Our heating costs this winter were significantly lower than years in the past. We're sure glad that we found you guys! more

We had Just Right come out and give us a tune up instead of our 'regular' company. We felt like every time the old company would come out they had an 'additional charge' for this or that, which we were not expecting. Just Right did the tune up and charged us exactly what they said they would over the phone. more
