Great color and cut with Nichole! I have been going to the same stylist for more then 10 years in Florida. When I moved here I was concerned about finding someone to do my hair color. I decided to go to Jula Salon because they carried Redken products and color. They scheduled me with Nicole, she was great. She was very friendly and took her time with my color and cut. My color came out beautiful and my husband even commented on how natural it looked. I highly recommend Nichole for color and cuts. more

My husband surprised me with a spa day for my birthday and I certainly wasn't disappointed with the services offered at Jula! My haircut was done by Brooke and she did a wonderful job!!! I didn't really know what I wanted and I told her that my only requirement was a style that was quick and easy to maintain and she went above and beyond. I will definitely be going back for regular haircuts. My massage and pedicure were both done by Kristi ( I think I spelled her name right...) and they were wonderful. She took the time to listen to what I was needing out of a massage and focused on those areas. The services here are wonderful, the environment is very friendly and everything was done in a timely manner! I can't wait for my next appointment!!!! more

Being a military wife it can be extremly difficult to find a good salon in a new city. I hit the jackpot with Jula! The owner, Julie, and the manager, Donna, are two of the nicest people I've ever met! I have been going to Jula for over a year and each visit is better than the last! I get my hair cut, colored, and styled by Amanda. She is the most AMAZING stylist on the planet! She also does my nails & pedis to perfection & keeps my eyebrows in top form! I have had massages by Cindy & she is also FANTASTIC! Pauline just gave me the most AWESOME eyelash extensions! I HIGHLY recommend Jula! They are beyond FANTASTIC!!!! more

My friend recommended Jula as a great place to go for a manicure. I had been envious of her beautiful nails and I was not disappointed with my first visit there today. I saw Amanda for a ""rock star"" manicure. She was very pleasent and took her time while doing my nails, which look wonderful. Donna at the front was also very sweet and made sure all my needs were met. I left Jula feeling great about the experience and with beautiful nails! Look forward to going back!! more

This salon is the best place to go if you are looking for a friendly atmosphere and great people. The thing I love most about Jula is they make you feel like you are at home!! If you go to Jula I defiantly recommend Robbie as you stylist. He does a great job and he will never let you leave if you don't like your style. He is a great stylist and a great friend!! Jula is truly the best place to go if you want to leave looking like a movie star!! I love Jula Salon & Spa you guys rock!!! more

I just moved to Colorado Springs and for Mother's Day my husband wanted to treat me to a pedicure. A friend referred me to the salon as she had previously attended an all-day spa session there. I figured why not and kept an open mind. \r \r Needless to say it is not worth the money they charge for the pedicure. The chairs were broken but they did promise that new ones were on the way. Too little too late though as I was paying the same price that someone else will pay once they get to enjoy the new chairs. So, that was strike 1. Then looking around the salon, the pedicure area is not a relaxing environment as you stare at the front door the entire time. Strike 2. Then the overall service of the pedicure, was not impressive either. I told the gal to not go easy on the message and apparently that was inturpretted as go softer. Strike 3. \r \r Overall, just simply not impressed and my wallet felt robbed after I left. I will not return. more

This was my first salon that i tried since moving to colorado.The people were very nice and i came 10 min early and they offered me water while i waited. Then my appointment with stylist named NORMA came and introduced herself and eltc. So shes getting everything ready for the highlights and she kept on complaining that she wasnt feeling well. and that she had a horrible headache, the music sucked and to loud and so on and so time goes by and we go and get my hair rinsed and shampoo and conditioner. i go and seat back down and she starts to comb out my hair and literally my head is being pulled sideways and she was like "" i knew we shouldve done the deep conditioner!"" i told her that i was sorry and the entire time she was just like "" man im getting an arm workout over here"" and so she started to cut my hair after she got my hair combed out. i mean she should know after you bleach your hair is going to be very brittle and dry. and then she literally said "" Girl this is the most difficult hair cut i have ever done"" after she told me that i wanted to just sink into my chair and disappear: i felt like leaving but i just stuck it out. i really felt insecure after she told me that...iv got my hair highlighted over a dozen times and by far i have never been told to my face anything so hurtful. even though my hair did come out good i wont be returning to this salon. if i wanted a therapist i would have gone to one. more

When I first came to Colorado I tried out a few salons but wasn't ever very pleased until I found Jula. Since I found Jula nobody else has touched my hair. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The atmosphere is nice and relaxing as well. And any products that I have purchased there and haven't worked out for me they are always more than willing to take them back and give me a credit. more

I have been going to Jula for over 3 years and I have never been to a better place. Laura does both mine and my daughter's hair and we both love her work. Robbie cuts my son's hair and my son loves him. Lisa does my nails and she does fabulous work. From the minute you walk in, you feel welcomed and like you are part of their family. I will never go to another salon. I highly recommend Jula to anyone. I refer Jula to everyone that I know. more

I absolutely loved this salon, very friendly and welcoming from the moment u step in the door. They accomadated our needs in a very professional way. T did an excellent job on my hair and took her time listening to what I wanted and did exactly that. Amanda also was awesome and I love how she does my hair! I will be refrring my friends:) more

I had my hair done by ""T"", and I really like it. Sadly, I will never return. The curly haired woman at the desk, along with the dirty, dumpy, aged look of the salon (if you can call that place a salon. I've had much better experiences at WalMart), have disuaded me from ever setting foot there again. I can do without the drama and personal discussions. What a gossip!!!! I overheard the curly haired receptionist speaking about other people's personal problems. I'd hate to get on her bad side....... What a FAKE!!!!! I choose to spend my money for the experience of relaxing and getting pampered. It doesn't happen there. Buyer beware!!!! Don't waste your time and money there. I won't be going back, and neither will my friends!!! more

I moved to Colorado Springs from Los Angeles and my friend recommended that I go to Jula Salon. I was not impressed at all with the ambiance and the decor. Los Angeles salons are so posh and classy. Jula was drab, unattractive, boring, and uninviting. I had my first bikini, lip, and brow wax appointment with Alicia. It's never a delightful experience to get a bikini wax and my first impression of the establishment was substandard. I almost walked out. Then, Alicia greeted me with a warm hug and a beautiful smile. She was so geninue and made me feel so comfortable. She had this infectious personality and exuded kindess and warmth. She gained my trust immediately, which is very important when having someone do your bikini. It's a very personal and vulnerable experience and Alicia was professional and hand down, the best bikini wax I have ever had. Since then, I have done regular waxing and facials with her and my skin just feels amazing. I have been a loyal customer ever since. Last week, I found out that she is no longer working there. I was so disappointed. Alicia was the only reason I stepped foot in that place. I will never go back and plan to follow Alicia wherever she goes. Jula, you guys made a huge mistake letting her go. more

I was originally going to the Aveda salon in my neighborhood. Normally I really like Aveda. However, the stylist managed to hack a major dent into the top layer of my hair. In desperation, I went to Jula and talked to the manager. I asked her to please, please hook me up with someone who had the skills to fix the problem. I got an appointment the same day with Martha. I got the best haircut I have had for some time. I am so relieved. I also like the staff a lot better at Jula than at the Aveda salon - much more friendly and down to earth. more

I moved to the area last June and have been having trouble finding a stylist I could trust .(you know how it is ladies) I just had a horrible cut at another salon and needed to find another stylist. I have only been in the area since June and was having a hard time trusting anyone. This salon was recommended by a co-worker who is a ""salon client"" and goes to the sytlist that is available to her.... I went to Martha and she did a fantastic job!!! I explained what happened with my prior cut and she really talked with me and made me feel comfortable and I knew I could trust her. I have found a new salon... YEYYYY!! oh, and from what I saw, the staff is very friendly and I felt comfortable with the salon from the first greeting! more

I recently went to Jula Salon & Spa to get my nails done by Lisa. She did a FANTASTIC job and it was obvious how much care and concentration she put into making my nails exactly the way I wanted them. Not only was Lisa incredibly friendly and easy to talk to, all of the others working at the time made sure I was relaxed and comfortable. Everyone was so nice and the environment was perfect. I can't wait to go back and have the same wonderful experience. I highly recommend Jula to everyone!! more

I came to Jula needing my eyebrows waxed and my nails filled. Everything about my experience at the salon couldn't have been better! Everyone I came into contact with was so friendly and very professional. The wax job on my eyebrows is by far the best I've ever gotten, and my nails look perfect. Jula Salon is the best salon I have been to in a long time. The WHOLE staff is wonderfully friendly and always wearing a smile. My stylist, Martha, is so talented and amazingly sweet. And Alicia does all of my waxing. She is SO professional and made me feel very comfortable. Their hours are very convenient for people in the military. They genuinely care about their clients. I have recommened them to all of my new friends in town. Definitely 5 stars!! more
