I have been using Joshua Tree for a few years, their service is wonderful and their staff could not be more friendly and knowledgeable. It's rare to find a company with such great customer service these days. I am glad I found Joshua Tree. This is the best lawn service we have had! Steve used a hand sprayer around our pool and a small spreader to make sure all was covered. They call the night before to let you know they are coming! We used TruGreen before - they never hit the whole yard nor did they blow the driveway clean of fertilizer! Very professional - GREAT service! more

We recently moved to Allentown, PA and we have two large silver oak trees on our front property that needed pruning desperately! I wasn't too sure how the one tree would look since we needed to cut back to the trunk a couple of larger branches hanging our our slate roof. We were quite worried about wind storms! Joel (the estimator) had reassured us that they could cut back those limbs and all the others that needed to be removed and the tree would have a beautiful shape. He was right on the mark! The guys (5 of them) that worked on the trees did a beautiful job of removing all the weak and dead branches on both trees and gave them a beautiful and healthier looking shape. We couldn't be more pleased! We even had a neighbor come over and say what a great job they did. Another neighbor came over earlier and ask one of the guys for a business card. He is thinking of getting tree work done on his property. I can't thank Joshua Trees enough for setting us at ease in regards to windy days ahead. Their pricing is reasonable too! If we ever need landscaping work done, I would not hesitate to call Joshua Trees. more

Joel's staff pruned our big maple tree and it made such a difference in our yard. Prompt service, and totally easy to deal with all staff. Will certainly use again in the future. more

The Joshua Tree employees who trimmed our yard that included shrubs, shrub removal and multiple tree trimming (bucket truck used as the one tree was fairly large) did a fantastic job. They arrived on time, did their work, and left our front and back yards immaculate. We are extremely satisfied and will use them again without hesitation. more

I called to have some work done at my house, Very professional. They came out and looked at the job. Called to let me know when they were coming. The day they were supposed to come gave me a call to let me know they were on the way. Went way above what I expected. I had a stump grinded they cleaned it all up and even raked everything all I had to do was plant the grass seed. Joe thank you for all your hard work. Will call again when service is needed. I had a large leaning walnut tree that was against another about 70 feet up. I wanted the log from the walnut, but I saw no way of retrieving the wood. Joshua got it down in one piece, handling it as gently as a baby. So I got the tree down and got an intact log for the wood. Their expertise was magnificent. more

Joshua Tree is an amazing company because it has extremely knowledgable experts who are wonderful people. Both the company and the people are as honest and ethical as the day is long. Five years ago, I bought a house on a heavily wooded lot where the trees had been neglected for many years. I was ready to have all the dead and diseased trees removed. Josh saved me a huge amount of money by recommending that numerous diseased trees be saved with treatment. Within two years, the diseased trees were healthy and thriving. Since then, they have done all my ongoing tree maintenance and all my lawn and shrub fertilizing/treatments. They provide lawn treatments that aren't harmful to my dog. Their prices are reasonable and the results of their work consistently exceeds my expectations. They always call ahead to let me know when they will be on site and, if I'm not home, leave tags on the door to let me know exactly what work was done that day. Everyone at the company is friendly and extremely helpful. I can't say enough good things about them. more

It's never good news when a tree comes down - we have had several and the people at Joshua Tree respond quickly, efficiently and within a day or two you would never know there was a tree down. They have also been excellent at inspecting our trees and advising us of the ones that should be taken down before they fall. I highly recommend them. When a large tree branch fell in our yard during the night the day before we were to host our daughter's wedding I sent an e-mail to Joshua Tree at 5:00 a.m. They responded at 5:15 a.m, had a crew on site at 7:00, and the branch was removed without a trace by 10:00 a.m. They even spread tarps to collect the chips from their chain saws. They definitely saved the day. more

The whole experience was extremely stressfree! Joshua is extremely professional and the team is as equally hard working. We needed them to come out sooner than expected, Joshua worked with us to make that happen. All communications were answered promptly, which in today's day and age was quite refreshing, thank you! Price was very competitive. The job was done very thoughtfully, as they asked us, and informed us of the process along the way. The guys were here all day, and worked extremely hard to make sure everything we wanted done, was completed before leaving.
