Dr. Eng was very pleasant! He explained everything as he was going along. His staff was pleasant as well and ON TIME!! I've been to many early appointments and being the first you tend to find yourself waiting for the staff or doctor themselves however his staff was 15 mins. early, Dr. Eng was 5 mins. early before my appointment and there was also another couple before me that had come from out of country. Not only did the staff take their time in explaining the insurance coverage and other things to them but not once did I hear any or part of that couples information slip out of the staff's mouth which I found amazing!!! Not even the name of the couple's personal insurance carrier did they mention. Dr. Eng addressed them as Sir & Ma'am, even tho he seemed older than they. He called out our last names and did not say any more until we were in his office / exam room. I have already recommended 3 different co-workers as well as 2 of my family members to this doctor & his office. Hopefully if and when anyone else goes, they get the same experience that I had. Great work to the staff and to Dr. Eng!!!! You have pleased me in all areas of not only your service but also in keeping private matters PRIVATE!! more

When I called and asked how much an exam was the lady said $70 and a little more for drops. When I got there there I was informed drops cost $20. that's an additional 28%. that's not a little. more

I went in as a walk-in. Luckily there was very little wait time. Staff is polite and friendly. Dr. Tan is very nice and helpful. She seems genuinely concerned about your eye health and educates you on how to take better care of your eyes and vision. She takes her time to check everything and explain it to you. I think overall she is one of the best optometrists I have ever been to. Normally when getting an exam for glasses, it takes several "tries" to get the lenses right in the testing area (when they ask you "Does 1 look better or 2?"); with her, it was fast and immediately obvious which ones were better. Also, I don't remember anyone else ever adjusting again with both eyes open (that could be my bad memory though) to get the best prescription. Not the cheapest place to get an exam but not the more expensive either. The price is definitely worth the quality exam you will get. more

My son and I had a very pleasant experience at the Dr's office, everybody was very friendly and Dr. Tam is very professional and very helpful. she made my son feel very comfortable getting his first pair of glasses. Thanks for all and your great staff. more

Dr Eng was courteous and took other physical conditions into account when I asked questions about how my general health and vision health were related. He has a very practical approach to eliminating unrelated issues and narrowing which things are crucial to vision health. I enjoyed the conversation and appreciated the advice he gave me. more
