When Jesus Alvarado started at JDC nearly a decade ago he set his ambitions high. After six years at his current location, he assumed the manager position, and has been dedicating himself to his patients ever since. Under his direction and leadership, his staff truly goes above and beyond to make sure each guest receives everything they need to meet their individual needs. With ambitions to exceed all of their dental care expectations, every case is treated with the utmost care. Staff are extremely friendly and courteous to all patients, laying the groundwork for a great experience from the moment they sit down in the dental chair. Realizing that although every patient is different, each requires an individualized level of care, Jesus recalls one of his most memorable patient experiences: "One of my favorite patient success stories involved a very close-knit Louisiana family. One of their longest family traditions involved the men in family getting gold teeth once they reached adulthood. When my patient came of age he began pricing out gold teeth on the open market. Disappointed in his search results, he turned to us. My staff not only found him teeth at a killer price, we also did the work on his newly acquired gold crowns. Not only was he pleased with our work, he was so excited to carry on this generational family trait. Later the man brought in pictures of he and his whole family with crowns in same place!"
