Great service at a fair price 12/2/2010

I took my car to Jackson's for a problem with my four wheel drive. I figured it was going to be a big expensive problem and was prepared for the worst. To my surprise is was nothing more than a disconnected vacuum hose and they fixed it in a few minutes and charged me accordingly. This is a situation where they could have really taken advantage of me very easily. They didn't and that says a lot about their integrity. These are honest people and I recommend doing business with them. more

Sleazy. Prepare to be gouged. 1/7/2009

1. Make sure you get an estimate for ALL work, INCLUDING routine maintenance. I made the mistake of assuming a differential oil change would be about the same cost as an oil change (which it should be). It was $95.||[]||[]2. They will ask payment before showing you the itemized bill. Do not fall for this trick.||[]||[]Also, the service manager will yuk it up with you, but he's just softening you up for the bill.
